Hey folks, I'm trying to download the cep but have had no luck with the nwncep website.  Does anyone know if there is a problem with it?

download CEP_23_Full_C.7z and the CEP updater. once you have everything downloaded and installed, run the updater once

They're compressed with 7zip. You can download it for free here: http://www.7-zip.org/

also, programs like WinZip and WinRAR should be able to open them.
