Probelms logging into game

Seem to be having some issues with logging into game.  Using windows vista, along with Platinum version of Nwn.  When I click on logo, menu comes up showing options -

Play
Toolset
Dm Client
Read Me
Configure
Update
Exit

All work apart from Play and Dm Client. 

My pc is Intel Core Quad 2.4 GHZ, 3GB ram, Nvidia Geforce 9600GT running on Windows Vista

Any ideas would be really gratefull.

Done a full reinstall last night and before I update to v1.69 Dm client allowed me to Login screen, but not after update.

What is the exact error mesage that pops up, also are you running the game as an administrator?

No error message comes up, screen just goes back to desktop after loading the nvn logo briefly.

Only way to play is creating a shortcut that takes me to Mutliplayer option.

run as administrator
run in compatability mode as xp sp3

works for me running vista too on 7i core

Thanks, Have just read the posts about windows 7 and just done that it works now.
