Ocr system is to heavy handed. IMHO.

Do we have a way to lower or cap Ocr yet?

sort of on the subject....would it kill someone to add hair/eye/lip colours to the mirror in the starting zone ? some of the heads have the eye/lip colours reversed from the rest and it limits you a bit when you can't use them...

the only system for lowering the OCR is dependant on the DMs, and it needs to be controlled, or you would end up seeing drow with OCR1 everywhere

I still think that there should be a system where Outcast Rating points received automatically will either automatically lower slowly over time or be able to be reduced by some IC actions without the intervention of a DM. Race Based Outcast Rating or increased given by a DM would not be automatically lowered.

Its not fair to saddle a player with a higher Outcast Rating that can only be reduced with DM intervention just because some glitch happens, such as a NPC sees through a grove of trees, a house, a wall, or through invisibility when a spell is cast.
