No doubt, Citizens and Outlanders of Vallaki, you have noticed of late the great unsettling of the balance of nature in these days. Many of you may have held back the green tide of malignant plants in the Outskirts, forests and other places around the city.

Your help is needed.

This is a threat to all, and for this reason I seek to liaise with any, and all that know, or suspect anything about the source of these attacks.
Any person or persons from Forlorn, or knowing the Forfarian Language. 
Any representative of the Church of Hala.
Any person familiar 'Agatha' and 'Duncan'

I hope, together, in sharing knowledge we will be able to more effectively preserve the precious life of Barovians and Outlanders alike.
