I'd like to suggest making Greater Magic Weapon and Magic Weapon work on ranged weapons such as bows, crossbows and slings. This would actually be in line with how it is supposed to work in Pen and Paper and it would make ranged weapons a viable weapon choice as it would mean ranged weapon users could pierce high DR when buffed.
It would also be nice for magical varnishes to work on bows - they are useable on arrows but they only increase the damage since applying an enhancement bonus to arrows doesn't work for piercing DR.
