According to jugnauts post nope, resurrection can turn you to a zombie as well.[page 7]

Yes, resurrection resulted in a zombie two times in a row for me.  This would've costs thousands of fangs if my cleric hadn't done the resurrecting.  Could just be my bad luck as werewolves roll dozens of crits on me lol.
