Søren tried the /unban command like I did. It didn't work, he mentioned having to contact the admins

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I think operators can only work by using the channel servers commands. Oddly, when I tried that, it told me that the username wasn't online - but how could they be if they are banned?

It might be that the need to be logged into the darkmyst server, but just seems awkward. Anyway, my best guess, given the message, so we have to try to organize that.

Very odd. I banned puckwolf in one of my own rooms and then unbanned him using the same method and it worked just fine.

As long as someone has @op channel status, they should be able to handle the banning/unbanning commands..

Were you able to see the banlist; try removing it that way? (What IRC client do you use, by the way, Soren?)

Then it's probably because it was a ban by the anti-spam bot. Might have to write Darkmyst then.

:think: Shouldn't be any difference, I just tested it with someone and didn't have any problem unbanning them after SpamGarda.

Seems that worked. Got Knife_Party unbanned by having him connected to the server but not the channel. Need to do that for puckwolf too then.
