I witnessed it with Thraxys, The Tser Pool Vistani are all chill, but the kids freak, which is not unrealistic. Kids must learn to be tolerant
The Vistani do not attack, but they do buff themselves, klnd of a warning to you not to mess with their kids... or that is how I RPed it. Just protective partents
From what I understand is the Vistani do the same at the Vallaki Camp via a Drow player who's name slips my mind.
