Going on Vacation from 1/4 through 1/13. Will not have DM client or toolset access during this time, but will still be able to view/post to the forums on my phone.

From now until Friday is going to be a hellish work week for me. I probably won't be DM'ing until then, simply because I imagine I will be too exhausted after work to do anything other than pray for the heat-death of the universe.

I'm semi-active, I'm helping do art for an upcoming content update and it takes a lot of time due to the sheer amount of stuff needed. Trust me though, it'll be worth it. So if you don't see me IG, this is what I'm doing.

Flu turned into pneumonia but now I'm finally back on my feet! But now the thesis is looking more menacing than ever, so none the less going to be increasingly absent until March 1st. I'll try to get around PMs but bear with me as it'll take a while.

I had my deadline for the thesis postponed to the 16th of March due to the pneumonia, but from here until then, I likely won't respond any PMs or do server stuff at all.

Power's out at my apartment! So then I went to my brother's apartment closeby, and the power went out there as well. Remus is mean and, as always, NC is woefully underprepared for snow. So you won't see me in-game.

Power's back up! I'll keep you guys posted if it goes down again for whatever reason since that's something that will have a pretty big effect on whether I do anything in game or not.

Hey guys.

I've been a busy guy on the client, up until recently, as you probably well know. I ran numerous world-spanning plots over the past several months, and I fear it's taken its toll on me. As such, I'm taking another break, stepping down for now... it's become something of a regular routine for me. I put my all into DM'ing until I can't anymore, and then I step down and relax, enjoying the server for a while as a player.

I've left you all in good hands. This DM team is among one of the best we've had. I'll stay on as a developer and plan to contribute to the server that way. For now, I offer a farewell - it's not a goodbye, as I'm sure I'll return to the DM team eventually when several months have passed, and I feel refreshed, with new ideas for plots, ready to go again.

Dear all,

As some of you may have noticed, my semi-absence has prolonged throughout the summer. The reason is in part just that - that it is summer and with the little sun we get here in the cold north, it's about savouring every moment of it. But initially, all the time I've had available for the server has also been dedicated more or less exclusively to restore server stability (which now finally seems to have been achieved), and then a lot of time was claimed by preparing our next hak update. And now, I have a very important application I have to write that will claim a lot of my time until the 1st of October.

I hope you can all bear with me for this and understand this prioritizing. I do apologize for the many PMs I've left unattended for all too long - I'm slowly digging myself through them, but it takes time. If you have anything that you feel requires more expedient handling, it might be preferable to direct it to other members of the team.

The same goes for adding new content to the server module and fixing existing issues. Rest assured however that we still have many plans for further additions and improvements in the time to come.
