The 3.5 rules allow the combining of certain meta-magic feats.

From the D20 SRD here: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#metamagicFeats

Quote
Multiple Metamagic Feats on a Spell
A spellcaster can apply multiple metamagic feats to a single spell. Changes to its level are cumulative. You can’t apply the same metamagic feat more than once to a single spell.

Ha, silent and still, that makes me imagine a wizard walking through a group of people, and as he passes them, they explode into flames and/or gore. He just walks silently, saying and doing nothing but walking. haha

Just imagine being able to do that with your powers.
You could just look at someone and then light them on fire!

Anyway to make that possible in the game? Make the spells that are like that two slots higher then regular.
1+1 = 2.

Just imagine, Flesh to Stone...
No Idea who did It.

Ha, silent and still

They have this in NWN too, Jacho's epic build includes level 9 auto silenced, auto still spells that I usually have empowered or maxed... but yeah the idea is people just start exploding for no reason.

Exploding for no reason, but come on..
It'd be awesome!
Wizards have been debuffed and I'm fine with that, but my Wish from the developer team is a feat that is Silent and Still spells.
Yes, it would be somewhat Overpowered..But wizards and sorcerers should be capable of doing this if they can master each one individually.
It makes perfect sense.

Maybe to make it balanced, why not have them take the feats for Silent and Still spells and then combine them with another feat after those two have been taken already.
Make it either Two or Three spell levels higher then normal.
I'd say two do to the equation I gave previously, but do to how powerful it can be why not make it three I suppose.

Silenced power word stun... Isn't that really really strange?

unfortunately in NWN you can't combine metamagic (which sucks), but maybe in some event with DM assistance it could be possible

cleric spells are inherently stilled.  They would only need to be silenced.

cleric spells are not stilled. Cleric spells are just simply not affected by Arcane Spell Failure from wearing armor or sheilds

The somatic portion of clerical spells generally refers to the brandishing of a hooly symbol.  There are no hand or arm motions in the manner off an arcanist, or they would suffer from arcane spell failure.  They aren't stilled, per se, but there are no questionable arm movements either.

The hand motions of divine spells aren't as intricate as arcane spells, and thus you can wear armor.

Pretty much dead on.  A Clerics Somantic Components are pretty much, Point, Brandish, Prayer Position, etc etc etc .......

You don't have to make all the Dr. Strange  sweeping Movements and complicated ritual gestures, but there is still SOME movement involved, hence not stilled.  Such is the power of the Divine.  :D
