Allot of leaflets are spread by Vallaki and outskirts, Mitzumi de Mushroom hunter does her task as requested, and those that are hit with a piece of paper in their face can read the following text:

We come by this mean inform you that we require you to make official the following laws, whose purpose is to protect animal rights:

It is considered illegal:
 
cruelly beat, kick, ill-treat, over-drive, over-load, torture, infuriate, molest or terrify any animal;
cause unnecessary suffering through transportation;
take part in the fighting or baiting of an animal;
administer poisonous or injurious substances without “good” reason;
permit operations to be carried out without due care;
cause “unnecessary” suffering to an animal that is being destroyed to provide food for mankind.

It is well known to all the Druidic community that the outlanders have been damaging and hunting often some kind of animals, that is causing one unbalance in the mammal community.

We know that Peter or Pity gipsy guy promote this type of action and with that we demand that man should increase the price of each mink fur, to not make the new arrivals hunt too many minks, and establish again the balance.

We would like you to know also, we are keeping an eye on the sewers water quality, we fear that some kind of fungus has infested the water and is causing the increase of the Wererats in the sewers.
 
It came to our knowledge that one bear, which belongs to the bears family of the outskirts cave has been molested several times by a red beard man. (Eldur)

We are providing psychological and physical support to the bear and its family, but this is a SHOCK, this is SHOCKING!

To not speak that the last full moons we keep turns near the cave, and that same man has been seen tracking the poor bear to purpose the same to marriage.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF ACTIONS!

Wirth walks through the outskirts and gets hit with one of the leaflets from behind.

"I say, what the...!"

He grabs a hold of the leaflet, and reads it quickly, a horrifying look growing upon his face.

"Gods, the locals are sleeping with wild animals now? How barbaric! Plus, just think of the lice. Granted, most of the local women aren't much cleaner..."

Shaking his head in disgust, he turns around and makes straight for the Blue Water, needing some strong drink and appropriate company after reading that note.

* Mumo, the raven that lives in the 103 Rd tree near the first cave entrance of Vallaki outskirts, became the High Counsellor of Lui'Pez, once druid apprentice of Neverwinter city Zoo. Although he knew this raven is awfully perverted and obscene, Lui'Pez always knew he could count on the delinquent animal loyalty.

Mitzumi had a high respect for the druid apprentice, since he was the only outlander she knew. As requested to Mumo during the night directed itself to the city of Vallaki, stole the official note brought to Mitzumi.

Mitzumi the mushroom hunter almost put one egg, and run to the city with a pact made with the druidic magic apprentice.*
