I have a caliban who was charged 26% in the drain. 10% is a joke.

Thanks DW!

Maria's still at 2% at the bank, but is only 19% now at the drain bank(21% buffed).  Makes me wonder if she got a bit of OCR.

Must be that wanted ad for a surrogate mother she took out.

Wait up, so it all depends on the NPC attitude toward you? Higher charisma/influence/appraise-w/e means they'll effectively "rob" less from you?

Doesnt a persons outcast rank also play a part?

Arik Donovich - He has found a home, but it has become a prison for him.
Gargain Kernsonn - Ex loyal guard
Laylynn Ravenkin - One personality dead, only two more and I rule alone.

It also means that a woman buffed bard could make a paralel banking service, charging less and still profiting from the other PC's...
Noignar Huillen: Ilmater Cleric.
Hedien Gine: Arrow and Bow Artist.
Dolin Schneim: Dwarven Soldier

Or just charge them to charisma buff them before making a deposit.  Really, a smile, a wink, and a bit of cleavage go along way with a lonely clerk stuck spending all day, every day, surrounded by men.
