Triloch's Confusion
« on: July 05, 2008, 08:39:09 AM »
Right... seeing as how I'm getting tired of this, is confusion supposed to be stopped by protection from evil or not?

Beside that, there isn't a save that I can see of. They just do a ranged attack: if it hits, you're confused.

Can somebody explain to me why this happens and the logic behind it?

I believe the Confusion is a Bolt attack, which has no saves.

That's for their death howl, not their confusion bolt. Clarity 'should' stop confusion.

Clarity will stop it. As it' is immune to mind spells period.

My undead is immune to mind spells, and it doesn't effect me.

So the one-two punch of Death Ward and Clarity should do the trick?
