Janarah, brother of Calous Tyreal Caine, is a known member on krynn of the black hand. A silent guild of thieves which streatches across the entire world. Regardless of his affiliation, he has spent most of his life on krynn moving from town to town  mascarading as a merchant to hide his true calling.  He  is the hands dagger at times, silencing those who would cause trouble or problems for the quiet and mostly hidden guild.

Several years prior his brother vanished from the face of krynn while conducting experiments into planes travel, and after much steel being passed and much persuasion he had convinced one of the members of the tower to continue his brothers experiments and send him to find his kin. He is a dark elf, branded by black and purple tatoos, an  outcast of his breathren.

The story of he and his brothers child hood is long and tedious, and thus shall be continued later.
