Arrowheads and Bolt Tips (and Bullets I guess)

Since when I'm commissioned to make arrowheads or bolt tips, it's almost always along the lines of 100 of one or 50 of each...

Is it possible to get these to work in batches?

It's tedious enough to buy 100 of these things. To then go over and smith 100, individually...
It's just tiring, draining, and makes me want to tell fletchers to go jump off a cliff.
Or something.
