By Standing order of First Militia
Militia members are hereby forbidden to abuse magic within confines of the Vallaki city limits
1st Offence - Warning and Official Reprimand
2nd Offence - Guard are requested to escort the Militia member to a 1 day Jail term, followed by a one week suspension of Militia privledges and duties. (Additional days can be added if the Militia member proves to be difficult)
3rd Offence - Expulsion from the Militia.
Acceptable practices include any healing and curative benedictions called forth in the name of a recognized god, and herbalist products used in defense of the city against the real witches that attack the outskirts.
Anyone caught or proven to be providing false information or spreading rumors in regards to the Militia or the guard will have their names reported for seditious behaviour.
