Two turbulent nights occur to the outskirts.  On the first, a pack of wild wolves were seen to tear a man to pieces and on the second, a vampire.

On the third day, a man in orange armor covered in runes of flames could be seen dragging many piles of wood to the outskirts, preparing many rings of stones and placing the wood into them.  As night set, the man could be seen lighting the fires, declaring they would keep some wild beasts at bay and stand as a beacon to those lost in the woods.

Many stood a somber vigil in the open air that night as the fire light danced in the shadows.

It is unclear if there was any merit to the fires, but for once, the outskirts had a calm night.

A pillar of light was seen to shoot from the heavens and place a glow on members of the Morninglord's Cult as they prayed to greet the sun on the small hill, east of the temple.

A strange event occured at the outskirts today. Not so strange for 'outskirt' standards but still

A man in a horribly shaped, spiked armor was seen dragging by the hair the body of a freshly killed black dressed woman, shouting something about witches and servants, then dumping her into the old well.

The guards seemed to be minding the own business, staying out of outlanders killing each other -and perhaps secretly wishing they all would disappear-

A heavy smell of rotten eggs in the outskirts hangs in the air some nights, a sense of foreboding is felt by those that sometimes are out in the night, an old man is seen occasionally asking people questions, it seems he searches for someone.

The body of Effelin was burned in the outskirts by Lance Corporal Elton Marlbroke and Recruit Dragomir Korzha. They claimed he was a wererat. Lance Corporal Elton Marlbroke gave a short but emotional speech to the sullen outladers afterward.

Effelin was yet again burned in the outskirts by Lance Corporal Elton Marlbroke, Recruit Dragomir Korzha and several members of the militia. This time he was burned in a huge pyre and the militia hefted a barrel of gunpowder atop as well. After the fire died out, the militia scraped up whatever chard remnants remained of Effelin and scattered them in an undisclosed location.

No speech was given. But rumor has it Effelin was Antoine Delacroix, the one killing Barovians to get to the author using the pen name "Marshall Law". And also wererat calling himself "The Rat Prince".

After the execution the wanted posters for Antoine Delacroix, were removed.

As the nights draw in, draw colder, a figure is seen to be lurking to-and-fro, working ponderously in the night.
Of late, however, was found the corpse of a young human woman, sprawled out; its flesh frostbitten and necrotised, stuffed in its mouth a delicate crystal some known to be Coldstone. A message is associated with this display:
Winter is coming. The Eiskonigin commeth. She remembers the Lowlands. Her Herald does not suffer fools lightly.

Another attack happened at the Lady's Rest last night, just before dawn. It is said that two outlanders, a man and a woman proceeded to the basement to investigate a loud noise. They returned an hour later dazed and the woman was holding her wounded neck. She quickly walked across the lawn to the Temple seeking aid.

As all returns seems to return to normal in the aftermath of the witch Franks attack the various brave souls placed on the west wall for Vallaki's safety are seen flinching at the merest sound, disgruntled guards are seen murmuring of 'Dracu-witch attacks by day and neuri battering the gate by Night.

A fight occurred last night just outside the Lady's Rest between a pack of white werewolves and a lone black cloaked knight. The fighting was fierce, but the knight prevailed with the use of a witch-fire blade. After the knight defeated the pack he was heard to howl in victory and roar into the night, "This is my Hunting Grounds!".

Rumours spread of the Garda Bobboc shouting the odds at the crazed Ex-Corporal Kruschev. A bulky Militia man wearing a thick helmet pressent, baring a Halberd. After causing a hold up at the west gate of the city the man Kruschev was challenged to a duel...several moments later the Guardswoman and Militiaman were seen carrying the wounded, mumbling and dribbling Ex-Corporal to the Ladies Inn....

Whispers abound of the wombfreaks, goblins and fey being allowed to roam day and night in the outskirts. Bun Barovians fear they will be allowed to enter the slums next uncontested with open arms and hugs from the garda. It's even whispered quietly that wombfreaks and baby eaters that belong in the sewers have eaten members of the garda. Gnawing through flesh and breaking bone with their monster like jaws! They even say Garda Bobboc was swallowed whole by una of the wombfreaks through use of vrajă and will never be seen again! Will the lackadaisical Vallaki Garda nu longer protect the bun Barovians from these beasts?

Thanks DW!

a Crazed Berserk Barbarian has been seen Harassing the Wandering souls of the Western Outskirts. he seems to not be in control of his actions as his enraged soul has consumed his mind. he calls out in desperation, screaming and yelling of the whereabouts of the Great axe he seeks, the one he refers to as "Gore". his mind seems to be consumed and bent in finding his materialistic Companion, the only thing it would seem, that can cool his barbaric Enraged state of mind....

Word is spreading that Kayne the Barbarian was seen attacking the Vardo Captain as she merely stepped out from behind a tree in the Outskirts, calling her a demonic witch. She ran, and Kayne turned on her associate Alexandru, striking him down then moving over to Schala Wintermoon who was cleaning up her merchanting stall. After two civilians jumped in and helped the fallen the massive naked man managed to strike down Alexandru again and grab his body, running towards the west with the Vardo Captain and two others tailing after him. Hours later they returned carrying the body of the half naked barbarian, heading towards the Citadel.

::there has been suggestion, of late, that some manner of spirit or beast or broken man haunts the area of the Vistani camp. Those brave enough to investigate; indeed, find a figure, wretched-looking and unkempt, eternally bothered by flies giving tender care to the Shrine of Ezra there situated. Sometimes this figure is there; sometimes it is not. Some would even be bold enough to say they know it by name. Whatever the case; that it wears Ezrite colours is a cause of intrigue::

Rumour spreads swiftly that Alana, the Demon Whore was defeated in the outskirts by a force of no less than six guarda, Radu and Leon Du'chain.

The battle was marked by much shouting, the sound of blade on blade and loud explosions. Radu and three guarda are reported to be recovering from their wounds and none escaped the brutal fight unscathed.

The body of the evil, monsterous, but undeniably tough Tiefling was taken to the citadel, presumably never to be seen again.

Leon Du'chain is seen almost every morning wearing a white ceremonial outfit that completely contrasts is usual garb.  When the moon is setting and the sun is rising in the sky upon the hilltop, he builds four fires around him.  He kneels on the grass and he holds the large sword palms up in both hands, seemingly in repsect.  He practices for hours, quite focused before once more kneeling and bowing to his sword.

Once finished, he extinguishes the fires and despite it being cold, he is bathed in his own sweat seemingly to have minor frostbite.

Each session is slightly longer and more devoid of mistakes.

When his wife sees him walk down, she yells at him to take off the ridiculous outfit, to which he regretfully complies.

Figures, Soren's too busy to do something positive.  He thinks putting a smiling face in every message is positivity.

Heretic is a terrible player, always has been.  No wonder PoTM numbers are dwindling *sigh*

Bloody cobblestones outside the gates of Vallaki, where a foreigner asks the Mist-clad "saint" Marle Winterlass for proof of her claim... And she would flagellate in the open.

Amid the cries and loud snaps of the coarse leather lash, a spectacle unfolded that was called witchery and confounded many.

Proof of Ezras word was said to have been given, the seemingly delirious woman departing to the west, toward the von Zeklos lands.

The sight of Ezras shield reminiscent in the minds of all.

The rays of dawn light upon the grisly sight of one Diago Brumbat tied to a tree, tummy ripped open and entrails strung out on the branches of nearby trees. A note is nailed directly into the body, reading in harsh letters:

"14,000 Debt paid in full. Any Brumbat seeking after me in retribution will suffer a fate far worse than this."

Warning: Don't provoke the high-level Falkovnian wizard. He bites. (And not in the good way.)

Word spreads that a massive carniverous imortij attacked the Lady's Rest itself in broad daylight, leaving many wounded, dead, and dying. A flurry of outlanders tried to stop the beast as it left carnage in its wake. Whispers state that, in the chaos of the attack, a Zarusian knight took off the creature's head with a swordblow as it tried to escape into the old well. They say that the guardsmen present tossed the creature's charred corpse into the sewers.
