The mages' summit in the Tower of Har-Thelen transpired in the shadows of the day, a silent respect offered to the inhabitants by the guests that arrived. The meeting was brief, with satisfied faces of elves, humans, and distinct others being seen departing under the watchful eye of the Nuitari. Rumors go among the occultists and black robes within that another summit may be held in some days' time.
A single phrase echoes among the recipients: "An exchange: to take, one must give."

After a small and insignificant reprieve in the life of an elf, two dark-clad elven figures are seen walking the halls of the Tower of Har-Thelen, speaking a strange foreign tongue. Only a year had elapsed since a cabal of foreigners swelled within the halls of the Tower, and it seems that the time has come wherein they now gather anew.
