Name:Instant Absolute Limit
Where: everywhere
When: Upon reaching level 20
What: After I reached lvl 20 my rest message changed to absolute limit. I lost a level, due to enchanting, but the rest message still shows absolute limit.
Recreate: It is still there, no matter how much I rest.
Ideas: Obviously related to the XP system, but no idea of how.

Getting to level 20 puts you at maximum cap. Losing a level means you are still at maximum cap, and will have to come all the way out of the red. Unfortunately you might need to wait weeks to see a difference.
AFAIK the Dev team are aware of this, and think it's okay. It's the "cost of doing business" when you're level 20. As someone who's undergone this process a couple of times, yes, it's rough, but it is what it is.

Kudos on level 20 and finishing the race.
Makes sense I guess, that they wouldn't want you stockpiling XP beyond 20.
Fortunately there's still roleplay XP. I knew a lvl 20 that kept enchanting bags with it.

Well, I thought that I would simply stop gaining xp at all at lvl 20. Anyway, it took me months from 19 to 20 and what I had planned was exactly that: using this last level to enchant itens since I like playing with this PC and, frankly, he doesn't trully NEED to enchant gear (it is a high level Cleric: magic vestment and GMW gives better enhancements).

Yeah, that's not a bug. It's always worked that way, but before the XP message changes, it wasn't as transparent.
