Title: The New Mist Dragon Dungeon, and possible bugs

I completed the new Mist Dragon dungeon oubliette today, and noticed 2 bugs, and another issue that is possibly a bug.

Bug:

Spoiler: show

1. With the new dungeon layout, the Mist Dragon once again gets stuck on terrain. Trapped, unable to move.
2. My character is not getting kicked out of the Overgrown Town region on login, if I am coming from the OOC area. I logged into the area that way several times in a row (across several days).

There is no longer a rewards chest in the dungeon.

Good catch with the Overgrown Town, I think I can do something about that.

I'll have another tinker with the terrain tiles. As for the loot - it's been moved behind a secret door! I'll double check it does actually spawn there, though.

These should now be fixed.
