Title: Lv 3 Beguiler w/ Exotic cannot take WF: Flintlock

Upon leveling up a beguiler at level 3 I cannot take Weapon Focus: Flintlock after having taken exotic at level 2. At level 3 Beguiler should reach the +1 BAB requirements for weapon focus and I can take other weapon foci just not ones related to exotic oddly enough.

It might be because technically you are still level 2 when picking feats, BAB-wise. Just guessing here.

On the test server I am able to take Weapon Focus: Flintlock as a level 3 Beguiler.

Also worth noting a Beguiler has 1 BAB by level 2, so it's not a BAB issue.

I was able to take it at 5. I am unsure why I could not at 3.
