Title: Hexblade Curse Seems to Trigger OCR increases in Vallaki

Name: King_Abear; Blaine Hendrix

Where: Vallaki Outskirts

When: During the day, really any time in front of NPCs

What: Hexblade Curse is triggering OCR checks, raised my OCR by 1 point.

Recreate: Only tried to recreate it once, the check happened with Radu.

Ideas: No clue.

im fairly certain this used to be an issue and was fixed? curious that it continues to occur

What I am curious about is that is the server not operating on "What You See Is What You Get"? In which case they would clearly be able to see -something- happening to the person being cursed, and if you decide to have some kind of visual signifier (like eyes flashing or a specific gesture) for when your Hexblade imparts a curse, particularly paranoid or superstitious people could make that connection.

The bug was similar to something I reported noting on the test server.

Curse shouldn't trigger OCR as its impossible to pinpoint who the curser is in a crowd, though it shouldn't be spammed in front of NPCs.  If it does then it's indeed a similar bug to what I noted.

Yeah, I'm aware it was supposed to be fixed, but it still seems to be triggering the checks. I agree that the VFX is pretty extreme for something that should be subtle, but I'm also aware that it being flashy helps a lot in PvE when trying to get your party to focus something.

Either way, seems to still be raising OCR.
