Title: Herbalism is not recognizing Wisdom / Constitution modifiers.

Unless i am misunderstanding how this works, it seems that the herbalism check is not factoring in your con / wis modifiers correctly when attempting a potion. (https://i.imgur.com/r5r6GJZ.png)

It only takes your base attributes into consideration, not your modified ones, this is intended behaviour.
