Title: NCE can allow old characters in

If you select a character which is old and hasn't been played since a relevel, you can choose to bring that character into the NCE when they are level 1, then level back up once you're inside.

Thanks for the report man, have you checked to see if you can re-create the bug?

Afraid not sorry. I will see if I can check next NCE. I presume they have to be an old character that is level 1 due to re-levelling like an old fighter.
