In the darkest hours of night, when the moon was shrouded behind a thick veil of clouds. A lone, heavily armored man emerged from the southern woods, and approached the outskirts. To the Tree in the Mound, just outside of the Lady's Rest. He beat in a parchment into the trunk of the tree with the end of the pommel of his blade, removed his right gauntlet and cut across his hand. Allowing the blood to pool before smearing it into the paper. He bandaged the wound and cinched the gauntlet back on tightly, only a few drops of blade oozing from the steel as he made his way westward.
