Title: Shadow Conjuration Summon Creature V

About 8/10 times when summoning the 'Dire Wolf Pack Leader' with this spell [Not any other variations] the creature appears with no texture or template, and is only visable as a floaty name when pressing tab.

The only 2/10 times it functions as expected with a shadow texture.
Any other summons generated in different domains work without issue - The summon can not be seen by myself or other PCs.

Same issue with persistent blade and certain domain related summons. Its pretty annoying in PvP situation.
