Title: Can a Half Vistani be from Har Akir?

Based on my understanding, it seems like a half vistani individual could be from anywhere in the core. However since the option is not offered in the character creation menu for Har Akir, I thought I'd ask.

This is fine, you just need to put 'Ravenloft - Other', as not all domains are listed.
