Pale Master Caster Level Bug

What:
I only have a few spells tested but I am fairly certain there are issues with a Pale Master/Wizard caster level being determined with these spells:

• Acid Fog (damage calculation based on caster level)
• Evard's Black Tentacles (number of tentacles based on caster level)
• Pale Master's Animate Dead (the inherent spell from the PrC, not the Wizard spell.  It has issues determining the Pale Master's caster level when determining the summon.  On occassion it'll summon the tyrantfog zombie instead of the skeletal warrior or skeletal chieftain).

Other notes:
I'm fairly certain this is probably effecting other spells that would determine caster level between Pale Master and Wizard.  I haven't extensively tested which spells, but if I do find any others I'll be sure to update this.

Recreate:
Multiclass Wizard and Palemaster and the spell will not take into account total caster level for the above spells as it should in comparison to other spells such as Knock or Greater Magic Weapon (which both do).

CL with dispel functions is not working. Pale does not add CL.
