Title: Inn key's vanish on room entry not exit

As the title states, I have found various inn rooms where the key disappears upon entry instead of exit. 

Inns that I can recall off the top of my head:

House of Resting in Har'Akir
Midway Haven
Blood on the Vine

it happens at almost any Inn. Just Teleport to the Ooc room then back to the inn room and you'll be able to get out

Thanks for the work around.  I'm aware of it, but still wanted to report the bug in case it can be fixed.
