Title: Broken Zone Transition

The bear cave inside the Forest Fane seems to have a broken transition - I could get in, but not out.

The transition from Har'akir - Cliffsides - Cave back to Har'akir - Cliffsides appears to be broken too.

A transition on the map titled "Barovia -- Vallaki -- Southern Forrest -- East Underground Cavern" is also not working. You're able to enter the cave, transition down, but the transition leading towards more caverns on the way to the sewers isn't working.

These two area transitions are broken:

Bandit cave in Ghastria lets you enter but not leave.
