Title: Post deletions

Lately a lot of people have been complaining about their pasts being deleted without any warning whatsoever. Furthermore several important posts have gone missing, For this reason, I am now restricting the ability to delete posts to admins.

If any admin deletes a post, they will inform the poster why it was removed.
