Title: Bug: Ghosts trigger ambush spawns

I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but ghosts can trigger ambush spawns, in the same way that living characters can (that is, by entering into the region that triggers a spawn, a ghost can cause that spawn to activate as if they were alive).
