Wanted signs can be seen spread all along Old Svalich road - searching for individuals named Halvor, Wrak, Quinn and Ivellios... all said to have stolen from the count...
it is clear that anyone found aiding these criminals will see the fate of execution or worse...
Travelers at the misty borders stand confused - a lot of them fearing old night surprising them and thus retreat to the overcrowded settlements and villages near the misty borders...
