Title: Wildshape and Parry
Post by: Styngraven on August 25, 2019, 01:12:01 PM
Hi, I am a newer player to the server and just wanted a more clarified answer. If I skill dump points into parry in my human form does that carry over to my wild or elemental shapes? I was told by an old friend who played this server that it didn't but he hasn't been on in several years. I would like to play a druid that I already started and I decided to ignore parry, but I am afraid I may have just made a horrible mistake on that part.  :?

I am not 'too' sure, myself.  However, I can point you to the quickest way to find out - join the discord!  It's got a lot of people on hand all the time to answer those sort of questions, much, much faster for inquiries.  Its also a great place to get started should you need it, with lots of answers for your building needs..

Here's the link, see you in there we hope!

I know it carries over to shapechange if you have Improved Unarmed Strike. It should be the same with wildshape, and you can get that feat through casting Ram's Might.

If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will set me straight.

Thanks for the tip on that! I had no idea rams might did that!

If I'm right, ram's might works for wildshape, but not elemental shape. Investing in improved unarmed strike and parry seems a good choice :)
