Title: Regarding characters lost in a recent crash

Unfortunately a recent crash caused a lot of the characters logged in to become corrupt, meaning they would no longer show up in the character selection list. Thankfully we have a working backup from last Sunday, so the setbacks should be minimal. Nonetheless we regret and apologize for the inconvenience.

We have now restored all missing characters reported in the Bug Reports forum topic, except for three, which did not exist at the time of the last backup, which is dated July 28. There are no plans for the time being to reimburse lost progress. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this and will ensure it does not occur again.
