Just hopped back on last night for the first time in a couple of years, and I can't take the 10th level of ranger. It requires that you choose a 3rd favored enemy, but doesn't offer favored enemy as a feat choice. I tried taking it at several different overall levels and no dice. I would love some assistance as 10 ranger is kind of key for the build, also all the dark powers stuff seems janky as well. Thank you in advance for any assistance offered.

Did you take ranger as your first character class?

if you multiclassed, you can not take levels more than 10 apart from each other, and that might be the issue. Favorite enemy is no longer obligatory, you can opt in to take it if you like.

Favored enemy was actually changed to be a required feat for Rangers to take every five levels recently.
