Title: Duergar ECL+2

So, I was under the impression the Duergar subrace was ECL+1, but here on PotM it seems to be +2. Is there any particular reason for that? Compared to an Aasimar or Tiefling, who are also +2, it doesn't seem an equal balance. If the argument for ECL+2 on Aasimar is that they get the human bonuses in addition to the other stats, then I really can't see why Duergar is +2. If it's the Light Sensitivity, I don't think -1 AB really accounts for a whole level.

Duergar stats (on top of base dwarf):

• -2 Cha
• Immunity to poison, phantasms, paralysis
• +1 Listen, +1 Spot, +4 Move Silently
• Invisibility 1/day
• No Light Sensitivity(?)
• No Enlarge Person
• Keeps Dwarven Waraxe proficiency
• Keeps +2 Lore

Aasimar stats (on top of base human):

• +2 Wis, +2 Cha
• 5/- Acid, Cold, Electricity
• +2 Spot and Listen
• Light 1/day
• Darkvision
• Keeps bonus feat
• Keeps bonus skill points

I should add the reason I post this is they are specifically listed as ECL+1 in the Monster Manual:
