Title: Called Shot Rework?

I feel like the feat really could be progressed further, Called Shot head with a -10 to roll, for a critical hit? Called Shot knee, for a KD, Called shot throat, for a silence?

Like most of anything related to the combat system, "Called shot" is hardcoded, therefore unmodifiable.
