Title: Varnishes No Longer Working on Fists

Ever since the last update, my varnishes no longer work on my monk's (Jamila Swift) fists anymore. I've tried Lesser Fire and Lesser Drain (negative) and nothing happens. They used to and now don't. I suspect it has something to do with the fiddling going on over here, perhaps?

I know this is probably a stupid question, but did you had your gloves on? they don't work on plain fists

Yes. Can confirm also.

Tried gloves on. Tried various gloves. Used hotkeys and from the inventory radial menu.

They don't work.

Had another monk try, he couldn't get it working either.

Poisons also no longer work on fists.

Poisons were never meant to work on fists; they work on slashing and piercing weapons only. That's not a bug.

But there are gloves that do slash and pierce.

And hammers that do pierce. It’s based on the base damage type, not the extra one.
