Noon at the City of Tents brings with it a commotion at the market square. The man said to be responsible for the butchering of a Caliban is marched out by a corpulent militia woman, carrying a stick.
The man is secured to a post before the hesitant young woman administers a beating with the man being exiled from the municipality shortly thereafter.
A number of prospectors decried the Militia for punishing the man over the death of a 'twist' with the Lance Corporal presiding over the punishment returning their cries with yells and threats of his own.
