Does anyone else ever get these/have any idea why and possibly how to stop them? lol.

I occassionally get something similar in the Alhoon lair -- a sweeping band of "stuff" that moves across my screen like a giant lighthouse beam.

Never got them there but just about any time I'm at the Alhoon lair near the beginning it's like a massive ceiling fan has been turned on as one of the blades comes sailing across my screen

I get them, but not in that way. They are more thin, and usually vanish when i move the camera. I'll screen shot next time i get them. I found they are not consistant and usually have something to do with the video card.

I get the huge ones through Vallaki, a couple times I've had them in the PaL Bazaar and the alhoon lair. I remember getting them at the same time as someone else, once (McNastea? Maybe, I think it was months ago on Evendur, I might be thinking of someone else); maybe it's a server-side thing?

I get them to do you have second story tiles on because i do and have thought about turning it off to see if i still get them? It happens perhaps once a gaming session though so i just let it go.

I'm fairly certain it's an issue with base NWN and a sloppy model from bioware. Stray polygons on a model floating where they shouldn't be.

I've seen that one and another that is much larger that occurs a little bit more to the east, if I recall.

Seems like a corruption in the haks? I also get that around that area.

Sounds more like a video card issue. You might try rolling back your drivers to an earlier version.

I used to have that problem before my old computer took a poop. My new computer doesn't display that problem at all and I have NO CLUE what fixed it.

Only thing that makes me doubt it is a video card issue is so many people have it, and I've had it on three different computers with three different cards, including a laptop. Always the same places.

I always got it in the alhoon. But since I've gotten my new PC with GeForce GT 720 I've gotten the same strip in the slums as others have now. It's weird heh
