Hey. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I tired to help Submachine out with something in game, but seems I failed to do so, and now I am unsure if I accidentally broke the login for him/her.
Im not sure what his/hers account here on the forum is, so if someone else knows, please let me know.

This forum is more for computer tech issues, but what you're describing sounds like...umm

Well i am not sure what it sounds like. Can you be more specific? I can't imagine  how you, a third party, can break Submachine's login.

She/he doesn't have the correct files, so visiting a zone causes her/him to instantly crash or something along the lines.

Is that what you're talking about?

Have you tried to log-in in his/her account?

If so, you can't use his/her chars if you have a different CD-key.

Yes you can, but any actual logging in of anyone elses account, for any reason is against our servers rules. This matter has been figured out.
