How do you use the @Label command. I tried many things but it doesnt seem to work properly.

To my understanding the feature has not been fully implemented yet, only partially, so it does not work yet.
At least according to one of the other threads that was floating about on the forums somewhere.

If it has been fixed and the system is supposed to work by now, then just consider this comment void.
