Title: Ring of the Ram.

We can see the feat i gives, but on this server every pc has access to the knockdown.

So here is my suggestion. Lets upgrade the feat to improved knockdown so its desirable to use. I think its a wonderful idea. While charges of knock is cool, we have plenty of
items that already do that.

Right. Like the Chimes of Opening, usable by any class, with 50 charges of Knock, as opposed to twenty-five on the ring.

Post by: Apocrypha on December 08, 2013, 12:36:42 AM: The Knock power, if I recall correctly, is probably because in pen and paper this ring "Bashes" open locks, doors etc.

It seems that a Frenzy spell or even Bulls Strength spell might be more appropriate to differentiate this ring from the other useable knock items though. +1 to improved KD... would make that ring very very desirable indeed.

I love the idea of a ring that has the crowbar use. Improved KD wouldn't particularly be overpowered or upsetting, but I like items with utility and usefulness outside of combat.

Exactly this. I'd take the crowbar feature over the Improved Knockdown, easily.
