Title: Woodworker in The settlement next to Zeklos

Heya, was wondering if there is a possibility to add a woodworker NPC in the Wachter province next to Zeklos... there are woodworking stations there but no one to provide with blueprints and such

If i know well it is intentional he is not present.
You just have to buy everything in vallaki and take it there with you.
