A garda can be seen taking the notice down from outside the citadel and bringing it inside

striktly occ // Ty - I and my toon both are inexperienced in terms of the official proceedings on this server, i just under went a rp process of actually being shown were the citadel was, ringing on the bell and then posting upon the gate, we can consider it a learning curve? ideally i would of preferred to hand deliver a report but Garda officers can be hard to find, ill gladly take the invitation to PM in future should i not be able to find a officer.
