Title: *Old Janos Propaganda painted all over Vallaki*

*Painted all over Vallaki and a few spots on the Western Outskirts, with colorful letters and being just one feet off the ground.*

THE YELLOW SEER, OLD JANOS, IS OFFERING A PRIZE OF 30.000 FANGS FOR THE HIDE OF LUCADIA, THE FRIVOLOUS ELF-CAT!

*Notes were painted and therefore harder to remove like the conventional posters*

Several garda can be seen scraping and painting over the graffiti. The garda manage to remove most of the graffiti but some still remain in more discreet locations.
