It's no longer possible to go into the shallow water of the lake, I just thought it odd that it was randomly changed is all. Purposeful or..?

For it to be able to freeze over, it would have to be non-enterable all around the year, I'm afraid. But it also always bothered me a bit the way AI just went straight through it like it was just open ground.
