Title: 1.8 character issue

The yellow text in the combat log says i need to make contact in the forums.
Account: Espergium
Character: Kadtreko

Should I level the character or wait until it's been looked at?
I haven't tried moving yet, but it seems I cannot even move inventory items at the moment. Maybe being overweight on items and forgetting all about them has a hand in that...
I may just bumble around on an alternate.
