Title: New Helms?

so im curious, I was playing around with the helms seeing which one I wanted and I noticed there are a handful that dont so up properly. my charater's head just turns into a black bag, I apparently dont have this file, anyone know where I can get it?

I forget the link, but that would most likely be the latest CEP (Community Expansion Pack) files.
